News and Content Feeds

In addition to producing entire websites, and content website backends for existing websites, CenterSite also produces content feeds which can be embedded in existing websites so as to add interesting, frequently changing content to those websites. All CenterSite feeds can be customized to take on your look and feel using industry standard Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) technology.

There are presently two CenterSite content feed products.

CenterNews

CenterNews is a plugable, customizable news feed which allows you to place links and teasers to CenterSite health news articles on any website you control. CenterNews is easy to set up, requiring only a one-time insertion of javascript code into your website. Thereafter, any time your pages are viewed, the news feed will automatically query the CenterSite server for the latest health news, which will then display on your site.

There are two CenterNews formats:

  • Basic CenterNews links to news stories appearing on Mental Help Net, CenterSite's popular Mental Health website. This CenterNews is illustrated at right. Click on the live links to read news on Mental Help Net.
  • Custom CenterNews links to news stories appearing on your own private labeled CenterSite website.

Client>Connect

Client>Connect is a plugable, customizable annoucement feed which allows you to place links and teasers to announcements you create onto any website you (or your clients) control. Like CenterNews, Client>Connect is easy to set up, requiring only a one-time insertion of javascript code into relevant websites. Thereafter, any time pages are viewed on those websites, the feed will automatically query the CenterSite server for your latest annoucements and then display them on your sites.

CenterSite created Client>Connect to enable EAPs to embed an annoucement feed into their customers' Intranet websites in the place where employers would normally place only a bare link to the EAP's website. When employees look at the relevant Intranet page, they will see teasers for the EAP's latest annoucements, training notifications and news, all of which serve as a potent motivator to encourage them to visit the EAP's website to view the annoucements, trainings and news, in the process, driving utilization of both the EAP's website and services.
